Weather is part of life. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your event start time qualify for a full refund or rescheduled date at no extra cost.
Always. Every bounce house is fully sanitized between rentals — we wipe, disinfect, and air-dry every surface kids will touch.
Yes, a $50 deposit holds your date. The balance is due at delivery. Deposits are fully refundable up to 24 hours before your event.
Standard rental windows run 7 AM to 7 AM the following day. Need a longer window? Just ask — we can usually accommodate multi-day events.
Most of our inflatables have adult-friendly weight limits — check the listing on the product page or ask us. We’ll match you with the right unit for your group.
Yes. Full general liability coverage is on every booking. Certificates of insurance available on request for venues that need them.
