  • Yes. Delivery and setup are included in every rental. We arrive in your chosen window, anchor inflatables properly, and walk you through how to operate everything before we leave.

  • Weather is part of life. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your event start time qualify for a full refund or rescheduled date at no extra cost.

  • Always. Every bounce house is fully sanitized between rentals — we wipe, disinfect, and air-dry every surface kids will touch.

  • Yes, a $50 deposit holds your date. The balance is due at delivery. Deposits are fully refundable up to 24 hours before your event.

  • Standard rental windows run 7 AM to 7 AM the following day. Need a longer window? Just ask — we can usually accommodate multi-day events.

  • Most of our inflatables have adult-friendly weight limits — check the listing on the product page or ask us. We’ll match you with the right unit for your group.

  • Yes. Full general liability coverage is on every booking. Certificates of insurance available on request for venues that need them.
