Inflatable Safety Guidelines & Operating Rules

• A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the equipment at all times while in use.
• The supervisor must ensure that all participants follow these safety rules.
• Equipment must not be used without supervision under any circumstances.

• Limit the number of users according to posted capacity guidelines.
• Separate users by size and age to prevent injuries.

Ensure all participants remove:

• Shoes
• Glasses (if unsafe)
• Jewelry
• Sharp objects

• Ensure that the entrance/exit area is clear at all times.
• Allow only safe, controlled bouncing.

• No flips, wrestling, rough play, or climbing on walls/netting.
• No food, drinks, gum, or candy inside the inflatable.
• No pets inside the inflatable.
• No water use unless the unit is specifically designed for water.
• Adults and small children must not use the inflatable at the same time.
• Equipment must not be used overnight.
• Do not attach anything to the inflatable (decorations, tape, etc.).
• Do not move, reposition, or modify the equipment.
• Do not allow overcrowding beyond recommended limits.
• Use of extension cords not provided by Over The Moon Party Rentals is prohibited.

• Equipment must remain properly anchored at all times.
• Blower must remain running continuously while in use.
• Do not unplug or turn off the blower during operation.

Keep the blower and electrical cords:

• Dry
• Away from water
• Free from obstruction

Immediately stop using and exit the inflatable if:

• Sustained winds or gusts exceed 15 mph — inflatables must never be operated in these conditions.
• Rain becomes heavy or creates slippery conditions.
• Thunder is heard or lightning is seen — inflatables must be evacuated immediately.
• Ground becomes unstable (mud, flooding, etc.).

Do not use the equipment in:

• High winds
• Rainstorms
• Lightning or severe weather
• Extreme heat without supervision and hydration breaks

Post-rain care: After a storm, wipe down the inflatable and allow it to air dry before letting children back inside to prevent slips and falls. If unsafe weather conditions occur, all users must exit immediately, and the blower must be moved to a dry location to prevent electrical shock or motor damage.

Extreme heat:

• On days above 100°F, vinyl can become hot enough to cause discomfort or burns.
• Ensure guests have shaded areas near the rental zone.
• Ensure guests are well-hydrated to avoid any heat-related sicknesses.

Stop use immediately if:

• Equipment becomes unstable
• Power is lost
• Injury occurs

• Ensure all participants exit safely.
• Seek medical attention if needed.
• Notify the Company as soon as possible.

The Renter accepts full responsibility for:

• Safe operation
• Supervision
• Enforcing all rules listed above

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in:

• Immediate termination of use
• Additional fees
• Liability for damages or injuries
